Our products
What does Wrenford London sell?
Classic menswear: knitwear, shirts and polo shirts, trousers, blazers, outerwear and shoes, in a palette of navy, bottle green, camel, cream and stone.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes and, where available, the garment measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, email info@wrenfordlondon.com with your usual size and the item you are interested in, and we will help.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Methods page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Email info@wrenfordlondon.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed or cancelled, and our 30-day return period applies.
Delivery
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday) are processed from the same day. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit with Royal Mail Tracked takes 4 to 8 business days, so the total estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we email you a Royal Mail tracking number and link. You can also use our Track My Order page.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If 5 to 10 business days have passed, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order has still not arrived, email info@wrenfordlondon.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If the parcel cannot be found, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Not at the moment. We only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Underwear and socks can only be returned in unopened packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email info@wrenfordlondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We reply within 1 business day with the return instructions and address. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is paid by the customer. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return postage. We never charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your return reaching us, to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few more business days to show the amount.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Email us with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Privacy and customer service
How do you handle my personal data?
We only use your data to process your order, provide customer service and, if you agree, send our newsletter. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
